Mustique – the very name of this island promises absolute luxury. So it’s no wonder that royals and rock stars are sharing champagne glasses here. There are just 100 villas here. And one of them, supposedly the most expensive villa in the Caribbean, is now for sale.
Caribbean Jewel
The jewel in question is known as “The Terraces.” When you see the peach-colored magnificent building, however, you could just as easily mistake it for a small palace. Versailles, for instance. And that is no coincidence. In fact, the architect of the property was inspired by the palaces of the 16th century.
It is not only the facade that is reminiscent of royal accommodation. The interior is also of the finest. The rooms are flooded with light and extremely spacious. Gilded furniture, painted dome ceilings and fine fabrics exude elegance. “The Terraces” is nestled on a 7-hectare property. From here you can enjoy wonderful views of the lush tropical nature.
Buy or rent?
The Caribbean dream has nine bedrooms. In addition, you can have fun in the game room, the cinema room, the private tennis court or in one of the three pools. And if you would like to receive guests in the future, you can accommodate them in the guest cottage. A chapel and two staff buildings are also part of the estate.
It is probably only with a heavy heart that one parts with an estate like this. But it is fixed: “The Terraces” is now for sale. And with an estimated value of 190 million euros, it is the most expensive villa in the Caribbean. Anyone who wants to try living here first or spend a quick vacation here can do so. The weekly price is around 150,000 euros.
Vacation in Paradise
The villa in the Caribbean offers place for 18 adults. Around their well-being altogether 18 employees worry. Among them two Butlers, three cooks and six housekeepers. The guests want for nothing. In addition to the numerous amenities offered by “The Terraces”, there are also those that Mustique has to offer.
Nine beaches line the island between the Caribbean and Atlantic seas. They offer the best conditions for diving, windsurfing and snorkeling. There is also a tennis club on the island. And because there are only about 100 villas and only one hotel on Mustique, it is also a popular hideaway for royals and rock stars. Who knows who you might soon have as a neighbor here?
