When the Amyth of Mykonos opens its doors for the first time on the 14th of April, it will bring a very special style to the island. Located on a hill, just a few minutes from the island’s famous beach clubs, it offers endless sea views. The entire property has an elegant, serene and decelerated feel. The Cycladic architecture has been modernised a little for this purpose.
However, the heritage of the culture and the island can be felt in all 17 stylish boho-luxe rooms and suites. In addition to wonderful garden suites, there is also a choice of suites with private pools. Interpreted in a contemporary way, they await their guests with an unagitated, calming colour concept. Wood, stone walls and accessories made of natural materials dominate. The design is inspired by the Aegean Sea. GNB Architects were responsible for the implementation.
Harmony of Body and Soul
In the first boho hotel on Mykonos, culinary delights are of course not to be missed. The “Amyth Kouzina” serves lovingly prepared dishes. Special attention is paid to healthy cuisine and fresh ingredients. There are options on the menu for every type of diet.
Another way of paying homage to physical well-being is to engage in sporting activities. You can do this either in the swimming pool or in the outdoor fitness area. Or you can simply indulge in a spa treatment. The treatments and training sessions are as personalised as the service throughout the hotel. They are tailored to your needs.
Beginning of a new Era
Amyth Mykonos” is the first chapter in a new story of the family-run Thanos Hotels & Resorts. For more than 50 years, the name has stood for very special hospitality. It also includes touching and unique experiences. Always keeping in mind the preservation of the culture of the destination.
Now Amyth joins the ranks of its sister hotels Anassa, Almyra and Annabelle as a new hotel brand. However, it is the brand’s first property outside of Cyprus. The Amyth collection is set to grow further. And soon welcome more properties into the family.
