Great drinks with sake and rum in the foreground, a view of the lagoon, a live DJ and fabulous grilled dishes in main course size promise a wonderful evening.
For an aperitif in the Tapasake Lounge, we can especially recommend the vodka-based Tapasake Mule and, our favourite, the Sake Spritz. In addition to Japanese whisky and tonic water, it also contains sake, apple and cucumber. Strong, but tasty. In addition to the small chicken and crab tacos, the tuna ceviche in particular triggered a storm of enthusiasm among our taste buds. So treat yourself to an evening at Tapasake. But don’t forget to book in advance.
Breakfast on a Boat
Opinions differ as to whether breakfast is actually the most important meal of the day. One thing is certain, however: if it is served on a boat at sea, it is undoubtedly an experience of the finest kind. The assortment ranges from freshly picked coconut and a glass of fine champagne to omelettes and fine patisserie.
So while you fill your stomach, the boat sails through the lagoon. With a bit of luck, you will not only be able to observe a monkey or two in the neighbouring forest, but also get a wonderful view of the resort. Truly a unique start to another day on the paradisiacal volcanic island.
Sundowner @ Badamier
On the one hand, Badamier offers fine Mediterranean dishes, on the other hand, its bar is located directly on the beach. Here you can enjoy a freshly tapped local Phoenix beer or a tropical cocktail. When the sun goes down, you have the best view of the changing light mood behind the mangrove forests from the bar. But that’s not all!
