The People behind the Filipino Cuisine in Bern

The pop-up concept was the brainchild of the new Executive Chef Manuel Bänziger. He worked for years in Asia, including Manila, before coming to the Bürgenstock Collection hotel in Bern. He is assisted by Alyssa Mae Concepcion and Anthony Joseph Amarillo, two people who guarantee authenticity. They are both from the Philippines. They share the cuisine of their homeland with the curious guests.
