It has been around for a long time: the desire for an Aman Maldives<\/strong>. After all, there are already 35 branches of the luxury hotel brand worldwide. It is represented in 20 countries. But an Aman<\/em> in the Maldives<\/a> has been sought in vain so far. Now it is finally official, CEO Vlad Doronin<\/strong> has heard the wishes of the luxury community, and construction has already begun. What does the Aman Maldives look like?<\/h2>\n\n

It goes without saying that the company, founded in 1988, will continue to remain true to its high standards. It is certain that a special location was chosen as the home base for the first Aman<\/strong> in the Maldives. The current talk is of one of the most remote and exclusive areas of the Maldives, the Vaavu Atoll<\/em>. It is said to be known for its exceptional diving<\/strong> opportunities. So a resort with 52 rooms and 16 residences<\/strong> is being built in the middle of a paradise. The individual pavilions are spaciously laid out. They have one to three bedrooms and are located either on the resort’s main island<\/strong> or on its quiet extensions. Each of them will have its own pool. <\/p>\n\n

The 16 residences<\/strong>, which range from five to ten bedrooms, are outstanding. Each residence is located on its own island<\/strong> and has a private beach. There is also a 25-meter-long swimming pool and a private jetty. Here you can enjoy incomparable sunrises from a vantage point far to the east, in complete seclusion. And yet it is not far to the resort’s amenities. <\/p>\n\n

What is the Aman Maldives like?<\/h2>\n\n

A variety of restaurants will cater to the culinary tastes of the guests. Anyone familiar with Aman<\/em> knows that the standard of the cuisine will be at the very top. In addition, guests can relax at a beach club or take advantage of several private dining options<\/strong>. The extraordinary culinary experiences will be almost limitless<\/strong>. At least that’s what the brand’s track record to date suggests. <\/p>\n\n

The high quality of Aman spas<\/strong> is also well known. The one in the new Maldives resort is an incredible 2,638 square meters in size. It is located on its own island. This is completely dedicated to well-being. New experiences in health and rejuvenation, two private spa houses, a diving center<\/strong> and numerous water sports activities await discerning guests.
