But that&#8217;s exactly what they serve at Crossroads. At least visually and in terms of taste. In truth, the dishes that <strong>Chef Tal Ronnen<\/strong> creates are pure plant power. There is a calculation behind it. The interior is reminiscent of an expensive fine dining establishment. And the menu actually includes things you think you know. &#8220;<strong>Is it for sure vegan<\/strong>?&#8221; is a question we even asked twice. Our top tip: calamari fritti, made with mushrooms. And the eggplant steak! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crossroadslasvegas.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">crossroadslasvegas.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"saginaws-deli-always\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Saginaw&#8217;s Deli: always<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Saginaw&#8217;s Deli was a chance find. It is located in the mega cool <strong>Circa Casino &amp; Resort.<\/strong> You pass it right on the way to the pool (a Vegas legend in its own right!). The self-service restaurant is open around the clock. Dinner is available from <strong>4 p.m. to 6 a.m<\/strong>. The selection is large, and the menu changes a bit depending on the time of day. Really wonderful are the <strong>sandwiches, for example<\/strong>. Selena&#8217;s Avocado Toast and the Saginaw&#8217;s Breakfast Sandwich became our favorites. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.circalasvegas.com\/drink-dine\/saginaws-delicatessen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">circalasvegas.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"pizza-rock-impressive\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pizza Rock: impressive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Near Fremont Street and the Mob Museum, you&#8217;ll find the best pizza in Las Vegas. Not only in our opinion. Because just before the place opens, there&#8217;s always a line forming. No wonder, after all, the <strong>three friends<\/strong> George Karpaty, Tony Gemignani and Trevor Hewitt joined forces. The pizza is award-winning, handmade and simply delicious. In the restaurant you can choose between American Pizza and Italian Pizza Style. One of the highlights for foodies in Las Vegas is the Burratina di Margherita. It won first place at the Pizza Championship in Lecce\/Italy! <a href=\"https:\/\/pizzarocklasvegas.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pizzarocklasvegas.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"elia-authentic\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elia: authentic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Authentic Greek cuisine &#8211; if you can get it anywhere outside Hellas, it&#8217;s at Elia. Apart from the <strong>fantastic service<\/strong>, there&#8217;s also a stylish ambience and simply <strong>outstanding steaks<\/strong>. Of course, you could also order something else. For example, the wonderful seafood or vegan delicacies.
