It seems like everyone went on a pilgrimage to the Prater in the summer of 2021. That\u2019s where the charming Emilia Orth-Blau had set up her pop-up in the former Kolarik\u2019s Himmelreich. On the menu were wonderful burger creations with the best organic ingredients. We already raved about it back then. Emilia finished her studies. She went traveling and got new inspiration. \u201cI thought about what was really most important to me about my work,\u201d she tells us in conversation. The result? The cooking itself and the contact with customers. And she definitely has that with her latest stunt. Because since October 2022, Emilia can be hired for Private Chef events. But what does that mean for Valentine\u2019s Day 2023 in Vienna?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"lets-celebrate-love-day\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Let\u2019s Celebrate Love Day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cUsually you can rent me. So I come to my guests\u2019 homes with everything I need. Even the pans I bring myself. The cooking is done in the guests\u2019 kitchens.\u201d Now, Emilia can\u2019t be with all the couples in love at the same time on Valentine\u2019s Day. She is not Santa Claus. So on February 14, everyone will simply come to her in the kitchen. Well, not everyone, there will be a maximum of 40 guests. Emilie and her team pamper guests on Valentine\u2019s Day with a special six-course menu. \u201cI love consistencies,\u201d reveals the young chef. That\u2019s why each course features an ingredient in several different states of aggregation. On the menu, for example, are her famous \u201cOnsen Egg,\u201d beef tartare, transparent tomato soup and braised ox cheeks.
