In order for it to run the way it&#8217;s supposed to, it doesn&#8217;t just need &#8220;fuel&#8221; in the form of calories. It also needs <strong>water to function<\/strong>. That&#8217;s because H2O gets vitamins, salt, minerals and sugar from food. In the cells and tissues, it keeps the body in shape. Water cools through sweat. On the other hand, of course, it also depends on factors such as height, weight, age and so on. Normally, the body lets you know when it <strong>needs water by feeling thirsty<\/strong>. However, not all people find it equally easy to recognize thirst. Me, for example. I actually have to <strong>consciously remind myself<\/strong> to drink something again. Otherwise, I would simply forget in everyday life. But adults should drink two to three liters a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"drinking-with-support\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drinking with support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since I also do a lot of sports, my fluid intake should be over two liters per day. In fact, I &#8220;manage&#8221; to drink about 20 coffees and maybe half a liter. Then you <strong>install the accompanying app<\/strong> and answer a few questions. The app calculates how much water you need per day. Using sophisticated technology, the pretty cap then measures how much you drink. In the app, it <strong>shows progress<\/strong>, averages and milestones.
